Crickets...

I have to apologize for the silence around here. With the end of the semester and the holidays quickly approaching, the last two weeks have been unusually busy. I also started a new job, which I'll tell you more about after the first of the year. I miss this space and am looking forward to being back on a more regular basis soon. As always, thank you for your patience. PRH and I are working on the living room this weekend. Stay tuned!

(this sign is hanging by our back door in order to hide a small hole in the siding. DIY directions are in my book).

A band-aid treatment for siding holes which need not be hideous is brilliant! This way, you can keep bugs from entering and destroying the structure. However, it would be nice to see how this piece of art looks with the house in full view. :]
