20 in 20 giveaway (April- day 3)...

handmade planter
20 handmade projects in 20 days...day 3. Again with the copper porcelaine paint. I just can't help myself! In addition to an obsession with copper paint, I also have a bad case of Spring fever. My brain is riddled with project ideas that all involve planters. Too bad I can't keep a houseplant alive for more than ten minutes. The reason this one looks so happy and alive? It's totally fake. Yes, really. I'm going to go crawl back under my houseplant-killing rock. Thanks to Orland Boot and Shoe for sponsoring today's project. Happy 20 in 20!

I have the same plant killing gene--but it doesn't stop me from trying! I hope I win because I do have a plant that I need to transplant to a cooler planter--this would be perfect!

Beautiful. I was inspired by your last 20 in 20 and went out and got myself some of this paint. I love it!

I have a house plant that is in danger of dying too! It really needs to be transplanted and I've been putting it off!

Lovely!
I also used to kill all houseplants until I got a jade plant. As long as you have light, they seem to do okay! And they hardly ever need to be watered, which works out too (since forgetting to do so was usually the death of mine....) ;)
