Collector...

My obsession with organization runs deep...as evidenced by my old sticker book that I found while rummaging around at my parent's house last weekend. I was also reminded of the fact that, when I was young, I didn't like how my name was spelled [a-b-b-e-y]. I spelled my name [a-b-b-y] in stickers on the front of the book. Determined child.

i loved stickers too and had a very similar book ... I'm so excited for Alex to discover stickers too -- of course, he might not be into them... and that will be okay.

When I was young I had a major sticker book obsession! I was just looking at it the other day and it brought back so many memories:)

I remember those scratch 'n sniff ones! Wasn't one of them dill pickle scent?

Oh man, when I was little, I would collect stickers and would just admire them without taking them off their backing (didn't want to ruin their integrity, I suppose). Not sure what that says about me! It seems that childhood sticker practices could be a personality test of some sort, hah.

That is one well organized sticker book. I perferred to stick mine on my body and objects. Not sure what that says about me.

Wow! That brought back so many memories of recess times spent trading stickers with my friends :-) I think I had many of the same ones as you! The scratch and sniff were my favorite...

Oh how I wish my parents would have saved my sticker books. They looked very similar to yours. I also had a separate section for Garbage Pail Kids.
Just stumbled across your blog and I love it!!
