Fried carrots...



I am madly in love with the Lodge enamel cast-iron apple pot. My parents bought PRH a lodge wok for christmas (he made stir fry in it last night...yum) and I saw the apple pot in their catalog. Isn't it cute? Oh, my other obsession...frying sliced carrots with red onions in a little bit of oil. Sounds gross, but it's pretty awesome. Try it and let me know what you think.
