Collected...




I guess this may qualify more as 'hoarding' than 'collecting', but what the hell. We need to see this project by artist Song Song at the MOMA. It's called 'Waste Not' and is an installation using all of the contents of the artist's childhood home. You can read more about it here. Amazing!

Yep, looks like they've got a virtual Collier's Mansion (Google the phrase... it's crazy), going on there. But it's fascinating nonetheless. :)

What a very interesting exhibit. I would love to go. I wish it were at the SF MOMA! Just looking at the pictures makes me think about all of the stuff in my own home and the whys related to it all.

i went to this exhibition!!!! i couldnt believe how much STUFF she had collected. empty toothpastes, empty egg cartons, torn gloves.. But it really was amazing to see
