Oh so wright...
We had such a great day today! Our friends, Emily and Greg, visited us and we went to see the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Martin House in Buffalo. It's still being restored, but it was absolutely amazing. I love walking into old buildings and imagining how the people lived or worked there. This complex was so impressive; I never fully comprehended or appreciated the genius of Frank Lloyd Wright until today. If you're interested in this restoration project or would like to help support it, click here. Wright also designed the Martin's summer home (Graycliff) in Derby, New York, which is not too far from Buffalo. We were all so inspired by the local architecture that we drove around checking out other great buildings (I'm going to take photos). Who knew Buffalo was so architecturally rich?
